MR-01, winner in moderne
class
A radical interpretation of the class rules!
The main idea of this drawings is to lowered at maximum the lead fixed
by the
rule, in accordance with the maximal bow’s concavity constraint. Thus
to
keep
the wetted surface as weak as possible, the planking shows a large
opening.

STRELA, second place in classic class
With her plank-on-frame building method, Strela
is an evolution of the pre-war 12m2 designs. A long and elegant hull, a
low-placed
lead, a moderated beam have been chosen for an optimum speed.
